1. PROVIDE HOT WATER AT ALL HAND SINKS, PREP & THREE COMPARTMENT SINKS. 2. PROVIDE SANITIZER AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. 3. STUDS, JOISTS, RAFTERS SHALL NOT BE EXPOSED IN THE WALK-IN REFRIGERATING UNITS, FOOD PREPARATION AREAS, EQUIPMENT & UTENSIL-WASHING AREAS, IN TOILET ROOMS & VESTIBULES. IF EXPOSED IN OTHER ROOMS OR AREAS, THEY SHALL BE FINISHED TO PROVIDE AN EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. 750.1210 C). 4. COVER ALL HOLES IN WALLS IN OFFICE. 5. CLEAN FLOOR IN WALK-IN COOLER, KITCHEN, DINNING ROOM ETC. 6. CLEAN SHELVES IN THE WALK-IN COOLER.
NOTE: MATT WILKUS STATED THAT THE CODE HAS BEEN REPEALED FOR 750.1210 C). WE'LL RESEARCH THIS FURTHER. CORRECT THE ABOVE VIOLATIONS BEFORE THE PRE-OPENING & RECEIVE A SCORE OF 95 OR HIGH WITH NO CRITICALS IN ORDER TO OPEN.
